I help CEOs of equipment manufacturers and robotics companies build marketing programs that make a meaningful impact on their company’s trajectory — without requiring constant oversight.
I spent three years at Gorilla 76, a US industrial marketing agency, where I led the strategy department. Then I went in-house — Head of Content, later Head of Marketing at two B2B startups, building their marketing teams. In 2023 I started my own venture to fix what frustrated me on both sides: direct access to someone senior without committing to a six-figure salary, covering everything an agency would — built on a decade of experience and no overhead.
I excel working with up-and-coming companies that sell a proven product to technical buyers, and who are ready to invest into marketing but aren’t sure where to start.
I build long-lasting relationships — average client tenure is over two years. I often get asked how this model scales. It doesn’t, by design. Scale would mean compromising quality and speed, and forcing standardized process — which is exactly why agencies struggle to deliver results.
Think of me as your marketing department. I do 90% of the work myself and outsource the rest to people who excel at their craft.
Design and development, from positioning through to the page that converts a technical buyer.
Solutions pages, case studies, LinkedIn, YouTube — written and produced.
Built, launched and managed against pipeline, not impressions.
Placing your brand in industry publications for AI and SEO visibility.
For design, development and video production I use a network of trusted freelancers. Their costs are passed on to you at cost — no markup.
Every client starts at one day per week. Some stay there; others add time to move faster.
Most of my clients assets (design, copy, videos, etc.) you see on their websites were made by my team and me. If needed, clients are available for a reference, both past and current.
“His real special sauce is being able to understand our product and its USPs in a way that no other marketing resource has been able to in the past.”
“He defines strategy, iterates on it rapidly from data, and then communicates the ‘why’ and ‘what’s next’ in the market and tactics.”
If it’s a fit, we start on a 30-day commitment at one day per week. If it isn’t, I’ll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
